- Rental Rates: Rates are based on the number of bedrooms used. If
more bedrooms are used then registered for, your credit card will be
charged the difference. Please contact us for details.
- Jo Daviess County Ordinance Occupancy Limit is 8 guests for 3 Bedroom
homes.
- Two night minimum is required for weekend reservations.
- Rental Fee must be received one week prior to arrival. Check, VISA or
Mastercard is accepted. All Rental Fees are subject to a Motel Tax of
11%.
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., alternate times are available upon prior
approval.
- Check-out time is 1:00 p.m., alternate times are available upon prior
approval.
- Security: Please be respectful to your neighbors while in your rental
home as far as noise, parking, and property. The local resort Security
Department has the ability to charge a fine up to $1000.00 to Guests!
- This is a non-smoking home. SMOKING is limited to outside areas only.
- No Pets. Pet Lodging available at Moon Valley Pet Lodge 815-845-2379.
